Who we are
The nomadimm.com website and the Nomad Immigration Services mobile app are operated by Nomadimm (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms.
What the service is
We provide an information and self-help platform for people planning immigration: guides and country pages, an AI assistant, checklists and document organization tools, plus human support specialists who help you prepare and organize your own case and answer questions about the process.
What the service is NOT
We are not a law firm and we are not your attorney. Using the service does not create an attorney–client relationship. The AI assistant and our content provide general information, not legal advice, and we do not assess or guarantee the outcome of any application. For legal advice, consult a licensed lawyer in the relevant country; free help is also available from UNHCR and accredited nonprofit organizations.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or attacks on the service.
Subscriptions & payments
The free plan includes a limited number of AI questions per day. Premium ($7.99/month or $69.99/year, prices may change with notice) unlocks unlimited AI questions and priority support. Web payments are processed by Stripe; mobile subscriptions by Apple through RevenueCat. You can cancel any time — access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds for mobile purchases follow Apple's rules; for web purchases contact us.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to submit false information to authorities, to seek help with fraud or misrepresentation, or to attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We help you find TRUE, lawful options only.
Content
Our guides and AI answers are prepared with care but immigration rules change frequently and vary by country. Always verify current requirements with official government sources before acting. Content on the site is ours or our licensors' and may not be copied at scale.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the information provided, for application outcomes, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
