Who we are

What we collect
Account data (email, password hash, preferred language, country preferences); questions you ask our AI assistant and the answers generated; support-case messages and files you upload; lead-form and quiz submissions (email, countries, purpose); technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept for security; and payment status (plan, expiry) — we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
To provide the service (answer your questions, manage your case and subscription), to reply to your requests, to send transactional emails (confirmations, password resets) and — for quiz leads — a short follow-up sequence you can leave with one click, to keep the service secure, and to understand aggregate usage via analytics.
AI processing
Questions you send to the AI assistant are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to generate the answer. AI answers are general information, not legal advice — always verify important facts with official government sources.
Service providers
We use Vercel (website hosting, analytics), Railway (backend and database hosting), Stripe (web payments), RevenueCat and Apple (mobile subscriptions), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (usage statistics). Each receives only the data needed for its role.
Sensitive information
Immigration questions can touch sensitive topics (e.g. asylum). Share in the chat only what is necessary — general categories are enough at the early stage. We do not sell your data or share it with your home-country authorities.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data. You can delete your account (and its data) from within the app or by contacting us. Quiz-lead follow-up emails contain a one-click unsubscribe link. EU/EEA residents also have GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection).
Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists; security logs and error logs are pruned automatically; lead records are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
